Our NEW Adult Saturday morning class!

You may have heard it on the grape vine, and we're here to let you know the rumours are 100% true! We've listened to your requests and we are delivering. Dance Stables is launching our brand NEW Adult Saturday morning class! Suitable for all levels, aged 16 - 99 - everyone is welcome to our open, inclusive dance and fitness sessions. The perfect release after a long week and the best start to your weekend!


Online every Saturday (term time) @ 10.00-11.00am - via ZOOM.




Our amazing DS teacher, Eliza Souravla, has recently qualified as a Fitness Instructor and will be combining this knowledge in our Saturday Dance Fitness class. Eliza decided to embark on this new training to learn more about how our bodies work, as well as develop her understanding of all the benefits of exercise.


In our NEW Adult Saturday morning class, you will have a full body workout using dance technique and rhythms, ballet exercises and flow, fitness power and focus. It will be an opportunity to tone, strengthen and stretch our bodies through dance.


Eliza says - "My aim is to lead a fun and energetic session to boost self confidence and positivity".
